Can I upload my own logo, elements or images?
Yes! You can easily upload your own logo, photos, or graphics directly in the design editor.
How does the AI image generator work?
Our AI image generator can help you create custom visuals based on a short description or keywords you enter. It’s a great tool if you don’t already have artwork or need something unique.
Can I edit or change the AI-generated images?
AI-generated images are not editable within the tool, but you can regenerate a new one or upload your own design if needed.
What if the AI image isn’t exactly what I wanted?
We recommend trying a few different prompts to get the best results. While the AI is powerful, it’s still limited by the descriptions you provide and may not be perfect every time.
Can I make changes after I place my order?
Unfortunately, once you’ve approved your design and submitted your order, no further changes can be made. Please double-check your preview before finalizing.
Do you offer refunds if I don’t like the final result?
Because each sign is custom-made, we do not offer refunds once you have approved your design and submitted your order — including designs made with the AI tool.
